Vitamin Recommendation Please: B Complex

Can anyone recommend a B Complex Vitamin that is in Chewable, Crushable, or Liquid form that doesn't taste absolutely horrible and make me gag? I need to find one that works because I havent been taking it due to the horrible taste. Currently im using a gel capsule that I break open and mix with some Tomato Juice (Only way I could figure out how to take it was in a shot of Tomato Juice, while holding my nose, and taking a swig of something before I unplugged it) I know that many of you take pills and as much as I would like to, I am following my Dr's orders.

The smell of the B Complex bottle opening still gags me to this day. I won't even put them in a pill case with anything else because it makes them all taste that way. I just bite the bullet and swallow it fast. I can't imagine how horrid a chewable or liquid would be!

It is UnGodly, deffinetly the most horrible thing ive ever put in my mouth. My Dr. said that I MAY be able to try and swallow the pill at three months out. And for that, I would be incredibly grateful. I hope that I can find something that works because I haven't taken it in over 2 weeks.

I was allowed to swallow them after the first week or two, I didn't realize that you weren't allowed to swallow them, sorry! The new ones are smaller than they used to be.....

Ditto.  I keep them separate from the other vitamins as well.  Ick.  Good thing I don't take them every day, let alone try to ale a chewable!

Wow, I'd never be able to swallow those things crushed - I agree, just the smell of the open bottle makes me sick.  Have you asked your doc why you can't swallow them?  Docs seem to vary on the chew vs swallow pills.  Mine wants me to chew all my vitamins but okay'd taking my other meds in their pill form, and the silly thing is some of my meds are almost as big as the vitamins.  No problems swallowing my meds, and they don't hurt my pouch.  I'd really have a sit down with my doc about this - vitamin b complex is truly gawd-awful to begin with.  I'd think swallowing the capsule would be much better than not taking them at all, or having them make you literally sick.  No disrespect to your doc, but sometimes I feel that if they had to do some of the things they tell us to do, it would be a different story. LOL

She said that sometimes when taking pills instead of going down vertically into the pouch it will go down horizontally and get stuck, causing an ulcer. I agree taking it as the capsule I think would be better than not taking it at all.
