I haven't ventured to trying bacon yet but when I do (and am further out), that sounds yummy!

where did you find it? fat makes it hard to dry foods with high fat content, so i'm surprised a jerky can even be made out of bacon. i've had pork jerky, but i think it was made from the tenderloin. not sure but it was good.

I have two slices of turkey bacon each morning. Jenny-O is the best. I like it fried real hard and crunchy.

Oh my, I can't wait to find this!  I love bacon and eat it almost every day.  The easiest way for me to eat it is super crunchy.  And the best way to cook it is to line a cookie sheet with foil, put the individual bacon slices on the sheet, place it in a cold oven, turn oven on to 400 degrees, and then set the timer to 17-20 minutes (I actually went about 22 minutes - I do like mine crunchy!).  Relatively no muss, definitely no fuss!  And yum!  I put them in a plastic baggy, and refrigerate.  The bacon I use is about 4 g protein per slice.  Did I say yum!!

Our Walgreen's carries this under the Nice brand.  It's delicious, but it was way too fatty for me and was making me sick.  My hubby really liked it, though.

Good luck to all of us on our journeys!

I first tried the Nice brand from WalGreens. I really liked it then yesterday I found Oberto brand at the check out in Walmart. It's pretty good too. Very flavorful.
