Help please
My first guess would be dehydration, but if you are getting enough fluids in, then I wonder if you might be iron deficient and/or have a virus or infection of some sort.
Dizziness, fatigue, and headache are all symptoms of both dehydration and of iron deficiency. Being cold is also a symptom of iron deficiency, while nausea is a symptom of dehydration.

I have been feeling the same way the last 10 days, my first week post-op I felt really good. Now, I am tired all the time, yawning, cold and nauseous. I have no desire to eat at all, but try my best to keep on schedule. I stop when I feel full, and never finish all my allowed food. When I am not eating or waiting the allotted time, I am sipping water. I don't think I am dehydrated but I am glad I see the Doctor tomorrow to check for sure.
keep the faith, this too shall pass.

I am 10 days post op today. The past 2 days the same spot has been hurting a LOT on me. My stomach is also very sore, and bloated. I personally have NOT been getting in enough protein. Not even close. I am trying though. I am constantly dizzy and tired. My doctor told me that its normal the first 4-6 weeks. Just do the best that I can. :(
My biggest issue is that I have horrid period cramps, as well as the stomach pain. ugh
