Look what I found at Walmart! Yummy and crunchy but they do have a very strong flavor so be prepared. Three Parmesan crackers have 7gms protein, 6gm fat and 0 carbs.

They were with the special cheese and crackers up front.

Just note that the fat accounts for 50 of the 80 calories (which is a lot for 3 crackers, depending on their size).  I generally choose not to eat things where the fat accounts for more than half of the calories, but I exempt cheese and nuts!  These do sound really good... but I wonder if I could stop at 3???

They are good sized (about 2" diameter) and I actually stopped at 2 because the parm taste was strong. But great crunch and a nice treat.

On this same topic...I found these Van's Gluten free crackers (i hope the picture posts)...They're really good.  A serving size is 30 (they are smaller than a regular sized potato chip, about 1" diameter) but I only eat 10 of them when i get a hankering for something crunchy.  They have them in cheese flavor too!  Not bad at all, in my opinion!

I finally found these at one of the Walmart's here, but they were $5 for the small package of 18!  That's almost $.30 each!  Too pricey for me, especially when you can make your own cheese crisps with shredded cheese on a baking sheet in the oven.  The homemade ones don't look as pretty, but still...   Any way, just wanted people to know what kind of price they were looking at (and, yes, they' were up in the deli area with the specialty cheeses and such).
