Daily Multi Vitamins and Calcium Suppliments

I use the Centrum chewables (either regular or Silver/Over 50) .  $11 for a bottle of 100 at Walmart.  I have also purchased the generic pills (not chewable) of Centrum when they were out of the name brand.

For calcium citrate, I use several different things.  I use capsules from Vitamin Shoppe or Twinlabs (less than $15 for about 250), Upcal D powder from Amazon (mixed into liquid; very inexpensive for the number of servings ($14 for a little over 100 servings)), and then I splurge on Bariatric Advantage raspberry calcium chews or the Calcet Creamy Bites (lemon and chocolate).
