I think that you missed the word "average" after the 2-3 pounds a week. You have lost 2-3 pounds a week on average since your surgery. I certainly do understand how it is hard to stay cheery, even when what you are going through is completely normal. It is a longer amount of time than most this early out to not have a loss, but that is what your body has decided to do right now. I'm sure that if you keep doing what you're doing you will start seeing a movement on the scales any day now. It is important to get in that 64 ounce minimum to help flush out the fat and toxins that are being released from the fat cells.

You WILL continue to lose, and when the pounds start leaving again you may see a huge drop and then it will level off again!
