Too much, too little or just right.

For all of you logging your calories, what is your goal?  I am focusing on protein (60g) and water 64 oz.

 

Some days I feel like I eat a lot and other days I am just not interested and don't eat much at all.  Maybe tracking will be good, but what am I trying to do?
