Congratulations!  And I totally agree, everyone has to find what works for them.  It won't be the same for anyone, but until you find that magic formula things can be very dicey.  You know we are completely different in how we approach maintenance, I don't exercise besides walking and I don't do any of the physical activities you mention because I don't want too not because I can't.  There is little I don't do because I can't, everything for me is now a choice based on my fears, height, falling, dying etc.  Those will never leave me.  But no matter what I have committed to changing my relationship with food forever so I can be happy in my own skin.  My personal opinion is that people who take their change to the next level by having plastics have a much higher degree of success.  I don't know the exact reason why, but in my experience it has been true.

Enjoy your day!

Thank you for your post. I consider you a success for sure.

I'm 2.7 years out and can relate to what you said. After reaching goal and having plastic surgery I was at the point of getting too comfortable and gained 10 pounds. Six are gone again and I'm forever trying to achieve balance. I'm recognizing that exercise must become like breathing!
