B: protein pancakes/bacon
L: Pure protein bar/NSA pears
S: greek yogurt
D: turkey meatballs/salad/veggies
S: string cheese roll-up
Exercise: I'm going out for a late afternoon run to stretch out these sore legs some and get them used to running again. I may (or may not) try to make a 6:30 Zumba class too! The day is wide open for fun!

Well yesterday, I finished constructing the weight rack and moving furniture into my studio, so I had a beautiful sunrise workout in this space today:
It was a wonderful way to start the day, and I feel very fortunate to have a peaceful place for exercise and meditation.
Food-wise, here's the day:
Day - Water and coffee
Evening - Chicken with Pepperoni Marinara (it's on Cooking Light's website and is so yummy). Snacks will be a peanut-chocolate kashi bar, plain yogurt with some berries, leftovers from dinner, and a boiled egg and raw vegetables if I am still hungry.

I Love your workout room! It's Beautiful! We are hoping to finish our basement soon & I hope my workout area looks as great as this! Maybe it would get me motivated to work out more. :)
