Almonds

Just wondering why Almonds would make me feel nauseous? Some days I'm ok with them, then other days I want to puke after eating 1/2 a serving. I just ate some after coming home from the gym & have ate half of the serving & feel like I could be sick. To me its strange. Would it be the fat in them?

not sure about the fat, but i know if i dont chew well enough they make me sick, or if I eat them to fast. Some days things just dont sit well with the pouch.

I chew them really well. Maybe I'm eating them too fast. I dunno. It's just odd to me.

Maybe it's the density of the almonds. Even though I chew the daylights out of them, they sit heavily in my stomach. I can only eat a few.

I fight badgers with spoons.

That happens to me all the time. It happens with pretty much anything. Some days my pouch is great and I can eat fairly normally but other days it doesnt matter what I try to put in there...it feels like a rock in my pouch. It even happens with liquids sometimes and there is absolutely NO rhyme or reason to it. The same thing happens to my mom. I think it is normal.

I'm with soothingglow. I can eat one thing one day and it is fine, then eat the same thing a week or 2 later and it just doesn't sit right. Our pouches are funny little things. It's just like a woman, you never know what kind of mood she's going to be in!!!!

Just don't eat them when you're having the bad day....
