So i screwed up AGAIN!
Wack me over the head with something PLEASE maybe it will get over my lack of judgement and stupidness. I posted here the other day bragging over my new Frui****er i found all full of bubbles and goodness. I also posted how my pouch had no issues with it. What is the key to this DISASTER?? I wasn't supposed to have it!!! How did i not put together that sparkling water was carbonated and there for a big NO-NO? Here i am thinking of straws and caffeine but neglected the carbonation part. I drank a 16.9 oz bottle of fuzzy water. Oh well lesson learned i am really brain-less sometimes. It was another didn't think it fully through and forgot thing.
The last time was Chili that was spicy with tiny cooked peppers and onions also sirloin beef and sauce all 4 of those ingredients are not allowed on my plan yet especially with a suspected ulcer at the time..by the way just got diagnosed with GERD officially and GASTRITIS dumb dumb dumb! I am doing much better now though getting things done the right way and all PROTEIN.. needless to say my weight loss has jump started again with eating MORE. I live off of egg white omelets with cheese, spinach, chicken, and sometimes shredded pieces of oven roasted turkey breast... somedays i take a few bites and i am done and other days i eat 4-6 oz pretty impressive. Also eating a full 4 oz greek yogurt now or 6 oz light yoplait it's so funny how i am eating more and losing weight again. But anyway i am off topic but wanted to share my screw up don't be a dumb one like me and think before you grab the newest thing to try.
Why are you not supposed to have carbonation? Is it because of your gatsritis? Clearly your pouch doesn't object to it. I would hardly consider drinking carbonated water a disaster. Nothing more than a mistake.
