I have had a slow to average loss since surgery on March 5th. I have been losing about 2 lbs a week if not a little less. The first week i lost 7 lbs and the 2nd week i lost 6 lbs. Well my weight on 4/28 was 272.4 and my weight this morning is 266.4. That is a 6 pound LOSS this week. If anything i have been eating a bit more i have egg omelets everyday with chicken/turkey/ham spinach and some cheese. I eat lots of yogurts especially greek usually 2 a day. I restarted my antidepressant and i get in my daily protein if not OVER my protein amount. I am super stoked i mean i know i shouldn't expect weeks like this every week but i am so happy and shocked!

A often as some of the vets TRY to tell people that if you eat too little, it will hinder your weight loss rather than increase it, people still don't believe us.

See... we aren't lying. enlightened

14 years out; 190 pounds lost, 165 pound loss maintained

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.

You sure aren't lying! Since I started eating more protein and upping my calories I got past a three week stall!

Why are you shocked? This is what you have been told you need to do for well over the past month. Both by me, and the director of our weight loss program.
Glad the scale is moving.
