NSVs, sorta NSV?, and sweet words from my daughter

Years ago, my husband bought a sports car that I didn't really care for, but he said it was an "investment", so I reluctantly agreed to purchase it.  I've not driven it but maybe two or three times in all of these years, ridden in it a couple more times.  Mostly, because it's so small and my breasts would squish up to my chin.  lol  Today, I had to take my car to the shop, so my husband followed behind, then I rode home in his car.  OMGoodness!  I fit in the car...comfortably!  It's a convertible, so I foresee many rides in his car this summer!  It was fun today.  After the car purchase, I ask him to define words such as "investment".
Another sorta NSV?  Not sure I'd call it a victory?  But, yesterday, I was taking our two dogs out on their leashes.  As we got to the last step from the porch, the dogs walked a bit quicker and pulled me to the ground!  In the past, it was when I would just hold on and they would slow down.  This time, I just went down on my knee and elbow and they took off!  lol  Luckily, my husband was there to catch them.  There's just not as much of me to stop them now.
Last night, as I was getting ready for bed, my daughter came into the room, I was in my underwear.  She stood, staring at me, then said, "You know, mom, you have a more womanly figure now...whereas before, you were just round."  Gotta love the honesty!  lol

How cool! I completely identify with the car. Last summer I bought myself a Fiat and I fit comfortably, which I never would have preop.
