Court.. I had over a year of extreme abdominal pain.. In the ER, hospitalized.. Skyrocketing BP as well. The even did exploratory surgery. It turned out that I had H. Pylori. They never did a biopsy before my RNY . I don't know if you have been checked but, it's worth mentioning. I am sorry you are struggling! Two weeks of some CRAZY antibiotics and I have had no pain since February.
