I am 9 weeks post-op and honestly just thought this was WLS related. I cannot sit in one spot to long without being in pain and needed to move around it feels like my very low tailbone near upper bum area. Also yesterday i started noticing leg pain as well and wondering if this is all normal and part of the weight loss?

If the pain is shooting or radiating down your leg/legs it's most likely a sciatica nerve problem.  Probably nothing to do with your WLS.  I'd see a doc right away.  No need to stay in pain.  It usually resolves in time, and with exercises, but you may need a strong pain reliever to get through the rough spot.

I just turned 50, my right hip for the last two days feels like some time during the night my wife gave me a swift kick. She denies this of course. Yes I find that sometimes sitting one way or another too long can be very painful.

I started getting pain like that and it turned out to be in my sacroiliac joint. Stretching helps me some.

I too had almost the same pain but it started in by buttocks then moved to tingling in my left leg down to my foot, i also have trouble walking. My leg feels weak like its gonna give out on me.a xray showed nothing so my dr. Did an mri and there it was a 4mm herinated disk and sometimes its ok others it really hurts. Ive been reffered to a pain management clinc.so have it checked

I have the same issue with my tail bone right above my crack. I went to the doctors and found out my spine is at a 90 degree angle and my tailbone sticks out of my skin a little above my crack like a tail. He said I either broke it as a kid or born that way, I've always been bothered by it at movies or sitting on a bad chair but not that I've lost weight I have the pain all the time! Get it checked
