4 1/2 months out and no weight loss for almost 1 month
I am 5 1/2 months out and no weight loss for over a month either but I keep working the program. I weigh and measure all my foods, get my protein in (70-80 plus grams) and drink, drink, drink liquids! I have lost 75 lbs and over 79 inches overall! I walk 5-7 miles 3x a week, and at least 2-3 miles 3x a week. I play 18 holes of golf one day a week(I do ride the cart, too dang hot in this desert to carry clubs and walk!) and I hit balls one day a week.
Ya know what? I cannot remember being this active or busy for a very long time. I am at the point where I just am starting to accept the lifestyle and not have to think or "overthink" the program. It is more natural now. At 5 months, I really feel I turned some kind of corner.
Wow... what an amazing journey! I thank my Lord every day for allowing me to have this tool to get healthy and much happier than I have been in a long time.
I guess instead of worrying about a "stall", I just educate myself, hold myself accountable with myfitnesspal.com and go live my life. If this is my end weight, then I am satisfied, and if not... then that is good too. I would love to lose another 10 to pad for the possible "rebound" weight. So we shall see!

I am just over four months and had the same problem. I spoke with my doctor, and he had me start counting calories and actually wanted me to up my calories a bit. He also suggested I change up my routine, which was just walking. I add some weights and switched up the cardio to include some rowing and EFX Crossramp elliptical. The addition of a few extra calories, usually in the form of 1/2 a protein Isopure Pre-made Protein shake and changing up my exercise really helped and I started losing again. It's still slow, but I will take a few ounces every day versus nothing. Good luck!!!
