I am three weeks out tomorrow so my list is small. Definitely wouldn't know if I dumped since I have yet to eat anything high in sugar.

I do have problems with milk, sf pudding, and yogurt due to lactose. I also end up bloated, cramps, and camping out in the bathroom for awhile after. So I steer clear of those. Sometimes a sf Popsicle hurts my belly. Not sure why and its completely random!

very high sugar items (like a piece of cake with icing or something else I totally shouldn't have even tried anyway) make my heart race and feel awful awful awful.

BUT I can have moderate amounts of sugar if paired with protein....so a greek yogurt with 12gms of sugar goes down fine or even a piece of chocolate after a protein heavy meal is fine as well.

Bread does not sit well at all unless is it very crusty and very well chewed, so I usually stay away from it and other similar items (pasta, rice, bread, etc.)

Filet mignon is the only one I still have issues with. I had issues with pork roast the first 6 months. No dumping here at least not with what I've tried I keep sugar under 12g though

Now very lactose intolerant but do fine with lactose free protein powders, lactaid tabs and lactose free milk.

No sugar alcohols, end up gassy and bloated.

Any pork(except bacon) and chicken are very uncomfortable for me.  Do not tolerate any beef except very lean ground beef. Feels like a brick in my pouch.

I don't think I dump on carbs but high carbs like in 5 saltines make my face flush and my heart races a bit which happens pretty quickly after eating.  Only white processed carbs I have tried and did not like the response at all!

Don't seem to dump on sugars anymore, waaaahhh.  LOL

Wow, really mixed up my tenses in that part on the carbs.  At one time, I was excellent in the use of my native tongue which is English but goodness me, after using the computer all these years, whoa... not so much anymore.  Have gotten lazy and I know Sister Helena is rolling over in her grave somewhere, LOL.

I have always enjoyed meat and can still eat it without any discomfort except for Corned beef. For some reason, Maybe because it's stringy I have gotten sick the few times I have tried it. I finally decided I should not even try anymore.

Ice cream leaves me feeling icky for awhile after eating it.

Surprisingly Onions of any kind and chunks of Tomatoes still make me """"Gag"""" lol

Lactose intolerant now, so plain milk is a no ho, but lactaid milk and other dairy like yogurt and cheese are fine.
Most if the time eggs are a no go, however if they are in a sandwich (and I don't eat the bread) with cheese and sausage I can usually tolerate them. Otherwise they sit like a rock!
Very little bothers me or my pouch. If I try to eat something sweet, even just a small bite (cookie, candy. Etc) I get a major headache. But sweets in small amounts after a meal are ok. Prior to surgery I would get s headache if I ate a LOT of something sweet on an empty stomach. So I think my body is just more sensitive post surgery.

Skim milk, any milk bloats me up and makes me feel sick!  I use Lactaid now, much better!

Can't tolerate more than 3 grams of sugar, doesn't matter whether it is real sugar or sugar alcohol. So, fruit, some yogurt, milk are no-nos.

I can't eat ice cream.  I wish other sweets would make me sick, but I can eat candy bars, etc with no problems.
