I can't get over how great the people in this forum are! You are always there to help with even the most vexatious problems, and with empathy, even if the only answer is "Call your doc!" I appreciate ya!
When I went to the hospital for my pre op UGI the X-ray technologist told my she had the same surgery five years ago and never regretted it. She shared her before pics. She is such an inspiration. She shared this link and told me about fitness pal. I use both everyday
I think the same thing......I try to share my experiences with others. Although, everyone's journey is different. It sure is nice when you ask things and get replies or see that someone else is struggling with something similar (or) the same as you and it is so helpful to hear others respond.
