Hello OH friends.  I have missed you so.  I was having problems getting into this account.  But I a, back.  I had surgery in March 2011.  It has been great.  I feel marvelous.  I am still struggling with my 25 lbs, but it is a process.  I am still drinking rotein drinks.  I have become a pro at making them.  I will be having a partial knee replacement over the summer, so I need to give my self some wiggle room since I will be down for 4-6 weeks.  I just wanted to pop in and say hello and  hope everyone, new and old is doing well.  I still want my Century Card.  I am working  on it.  Thanks for  listening.
