Upper muscle back pain

I am 12 days shy of 6 months post op. I am having a lot if muscle pain in upper back more so when I am standing but lately even when I am sitting. It feels like my muscles are pulling down or sagging. Has anyone else had this?

Is it truly in your back or on your shoulder blade and radiating to your back?

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

I am 2 1/2 months out post-op and I started getting pain in my trapezius I discovered that my rear end was shrinking thus sitting lower in my office chair. I had to bump it up a little so I was more in line with my keyboard.

Some days it is the little things.
