YES!! And I did I had skin flaps with nipples. No, really, I couldn't even pinch an inch......NO breast tissue. I didn't want big boobs and tried to convince the plastic surgeon to keep them as small as possible, just enough to fill the skin, no more. I have to admit that they look great (if I don't say so myself!)
After breast feeding 5 babies, I was still a small B cup. Then lose 130 pounds and they was nothing left (except the aforementioned skin flaps). I would wear padded bras with nothing in them. Yup, I would do it all over again if I had it to do over.

I don't want to lose nipple sensitivity, so I am on the fence. I would REALLY like a lift, I feel like my bra does double duty to hold them up since they are like floppy, deflated pillows that are forever pointing south. I have NEVER had perky boobs, even at the age of 12, mine were droopy. What I wouldn't give to have them stand up without a bra!
HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
My boobs were also non-existent and flat against my chest. I had a lift and plan to get implants someday (my plastic surgeon does a lift then implants later for those of us with super-droopy breasts for better results). The problem with a lift only is that most of us will have no volume up top, which is my problem. I have to wear a bra to push them up so they look full, so no going braless for me. I still love them much better with the lift and would do it again in a heartbeat.

I am at goal and have had plastics, breast implants scare me, so many problems. I would love for them to be nice and full again, thankfully they aren't super saggy. If money was no object I would get my legs done for sure. I just had a conversation today with my boyfriend about this. I had on new thin strapped dress and wore my padded strapless bra adhesive liners. He said I would be a ten if my padded boobs were real, to compliment my big ass. We discussed implants and all the issues and even he said not worth it stick to the padding. So the long answer is no probably not.
Shoosh yeah! I'd get em to stand up and say HOWDY!

So although perky is nice size does matter....I'm petite and finding button down shirts that button is difficult.
I wanted to be a C cup....was told without implants I'd be a small B max. Needless to say because my implants are small and I'm a DD I think without I'd be a good size.
