No longer Obese!

As of today I am 191.5 lbs & considered moderately overweight & not obese anymore. Yay! I'm happy. My husband says my body has changed & shifted a lot over the past month which I can tell & so can my co-workers, as they tell me I need to eat because I'm getting too thin. Yeah 192 lbs at 5'7 is not too thin by no means. I still have a ways to go. Slowly but surely I plan to get there. I have taken some of your advice & cut out some of those fruit snacks & it has helped a lot. I appreciate any and all feedback I get from you all. We are all in this together.

Seeing the scale go down this morning has made my day. I hope you all have a fantastic day!

Congrats! That is great! While I really try to ignore the BMI chart because I feel the numbers are unreasonable that is still a great accomplishment!

Congrats! It's the best feeling on Earth! I will never forget the day my Wii said "you're overweight" instead of "you're obese". It freaked me out! LOL.
