These are AWESOME .... definitely trying the cucumber bites YUM!!! I have already tried my version of the no bake PB oatmeal but in cookie form instead of balls, I will ball them up next time though and make a batch like yours ... both sound like delicious treats I would thoroughly enjoy. Thanks for sharing!!!

I'm happy to share - the cucumber bites are my absolute favorite. Somehow they always disappear from my plate when I make them. Hubby and the kiddos have to have a couple too LOL
