How did that happen?

I work out on my own, but yesterday I saw the trainer and he developed a program for me.  I think part of it is I have been going with my Aunt and we have been having a blast together :)

I look forward to my time on the elliptical each day, too! I only have one at one of our homes, I have to use BowFlex at the other. I really, really missed the elliptical on the two days I had to use the BowFlex recently. Isn't it wonderful to be so jazzed to get your body healthy and endorphins just FLOWING!?

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago!
