It's my One year Surgiversary today!!!

it's been one year today since my WLS Surgery. Hard to believe how many good things have happened as a result.

I am no longer borderline diabetic

I no longer have High Blood pressure and after 10+ years I have been off that medication for 9 months.

I no longer have Acid Reflux resulting in a $30 savings of that medicine each month.

I no longer Snore, which my family has been so happy to brag about

I have lost 121 lbs and have been so close to goal for awhile now. Even though I have not reached goal I am so thrilled with where I am.

Today I tried on a size 6 and they fit and had some room to spare!!!

Here are some of my before and after Photos.

The one of me in the shorts and black shirt are today in size 8 shorts and a size L T-shirt.

At the time of surgery I wore a size 20/22 bottom and 3/4 X top My bra was a 44 DDD.

Today I am comfortable in size 6 bottoms, Size M or L top and my bra size is 36 DDD

The last photos are of me in the pants I wore at the time of surgery to show me how far I have come.

You look absolutely amazing!! You look at least 20 years younger too. People have been telling me that lately but I don't see it in myself yet. I do see it in you.  I am so excited for you, and you have helped me look at my weight loss differently.  Keep up the good work.
