Special K Protein Cereal-- 10 g of protein in 3/4 cup and half a cup of milk with a few blueberries

Greek yogurt-- plain mixed with stevia, drop of vanilla and fresh berries.  Maybe a sprinkle of almond slivers if I am really hungry

Cottage cheese with blueberries and strawberries

Trader Joe's California protein bread (5gram per slice) with an egg on top or with a tablespoon of peanut butter or with a slice of cheddar.  I always toast the bread.

I always have a latte-- I heat some milk and froth it up and pour in some coffee.  yum.

Center cut bacon. I love it and would eat it at every meal but I limit it to my mornings. I occasionally eat cottage cheese with tomatoes.

Usually I have protein coffee or an egg or something.  But today I made something I saw on pinterest.  It was a carbfree crepe...

1 egg, 1 oz of cream cheese, 1oz of banana and 1 tablespoon of sugar free vanilla davinci syrup.    I blended these three together in the blender and then cooked them on the griddle with a little cinnamon sprinkled on.   Took them off and used a little peanut butter and rolled them up.  They were DELICIOUS!!!!       You could make a whole bunch and then just heat up one each day.   My one servings worth made two crepes and I was able to eat both, but I'm 10 months out, if you are earlier you might only be able to eat half.

I didn't compute the protein, but I know its over 10 grams, and that is what I was shooting for.

This looked so good that I made it for lunch today! Mine didn't turn out crepey though. More like scrambled eggs. How did you get yours to become a crepe?

It was delicious though!!

Keep it very thin, and keep the temp low so you can cook it a long time.   I did have one turn out scrambled, but once I figured out you have to wait awhile before flipping it, all was good.

Most mornings I have muesli and a mix of seeds topped with just enough light soy milk to wet it and fresh berries.  Protein, fiber, and carbs all in one big kickstart to my day.

I start out with water then coffee. Then 1 egg small rice cake, .75 oz low fat cheese and a 1/4 cup of unsweetened apple sauce. About 175 calories I think. Then I hold off drinking for an hour or so.
