I ate 2/3 of one this morning while on my way into work.  It was pretty good but worried that I should not like them too much because of the tortilla.

Hello there! IM a manger at McDonalds and 2 n half yrs post op. I don't not eat those at all not a good choice. What I do get is the new egg white delight minus the muffin . Th egg white n ham I believe has 18 grams protein together. Try it its really good

Try a side salad add a grilled chicken patty. Or just a plain grilled chicken patty. Or oatmeal without sugar. Yogurt parfait. Good luck

Yogurt Parfait has about 17 grams of sugar. I would avoid that one lol!

I needed a quick breakfast recently and went through Braum's for a burrito. It's a local chain but the eggs taste real. I only had the guts out of mine and left all the tortilla and most of the sausage. The sausage still flavored it up, though.

Regardless of me feeling it was a decent breakfast, eating from fast food restaurants terrify me. They contributed heavily to my obesity and I can't start back down that road!!! I just ordered some grass-fed beef jerky sticks with no artificial additives or preservatives to keep in my purse so I don't get caught up in the drive-thru mentality again.

May I ask where you ordered the beef jerky sticks from?

I like them. I've had maybe 3 in the 15 months since my surgery. Its not something I would recommend for regular consumption but it is excellent for when you don't have other options. Remember that a sausage patty or hashbrown will be greasy (delicious but greasy). I do however recommend the new item with egg whites as suggested above. That is a good alternative filled with protein!

I agree about the egg white delight mcmuffin.  I have only had it once, but it was really good.
