Iron question for Kelly or Lora..or really anyone!
I am taking an additional Tender-Iron I got from vitalady before bed since the iron in my multi is usesless as there is also some calcium in my multi and even if there wasn't the iron is not enough.
I noticed today that the tablets have 25mg of Iron (Carbonyl Iron) and 59mg of Calcium (Di-Calcium Phosphate) but then it says not to take it with calcium and its best taken with vitamin C and with food thats not dairy. Is there something special about this calcium thats not causing an issue or am I just wasting my money taking this?

That's a great question.
Dicalcium phosphate is used as a filler in many pills. That small amount won't interfere with the absorption of iron. You'd need about 300 mg calcium to interfere with the iron. That's why it's OK to have both iron and calcium in a multi - multi's rarely have more than 300 mg calcium, and often have more like 200 mg.
There probably isn't enough iron in your multi, though, and it's probably a type that we don't absorb very well.

It might be enough. The ASMBS recommends 54 to 63 mg iron for menstruating women (and only 36 mg for everyone else). A LOT of people find they need more based on their labs, though. But I'd say it's enough for now, untl you get labs done. Then you can increase it if you need more.
