I just received my delivery of Yes Whey protein shots!
I must say, I am surprised how decent this was! I just had the fruit punch, and have the grape and orange I have yet to try. I will wait until I try the other flavors but I will be ordering these again. Yes, they are on the sweet side, but I get 25 mg of protein and much easier for me because I just cannot handle protein shakes anymore.
I would recommend them, but they may not be for everybody but worth a try. Jane
That sounds like a great way to get some protein! I'll have to give them a try

This seems to be the biggest problem for most people. Now some people enjoy their shakes and that's great. I wish I could be one of them, so yes, give them a try!
They are 3 ounces and come in what looks like a large plastic test tube. Be sure to get the "Yes Whey" brand, though (NOT to be confused with "New Whey" which has collagen protein that you cannot absorb (despite what it's name says))

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.
2.9 ounces. If you can tolerate sweet then this is to me the way to go. I ordered them from LuckyVitamin.com they are on sale right now for $1.81 a piece, and they are the same price by the company on Amazon. They are not that much to begin with and what I have wasted in the hundreds of dollars trying to find one I could get down. The advantage to this is it goes down quick and it being sweet didn't gag me. Zero carbs, zero calories and has a list of vitamins. You can go on their site and read about the ingredients. Lora said these were not bad so I figured what the heck I would give them a try. Fruit punch, orange and grape is what they come in as far as flavors. Again, it's worth a try! Let me know if you get any and what you think. Some people may or may not like them, but to me, it was so much better than protein shakes. Jane
