Thank you. Ordered. I pretty much detest all protein shakes I've tried but can manage a couple of the matrix/syntrax. Hope to get these down in a couple of swallows and be done! Are they 2 servings to a tube or just one?

One serving per 3 ounce tube (for 25g of protein).  There is no reason that you couldn't drink half at one time and the other half later if drinking all 3 ounces at once is difficult.

As Lora said, you can split it up but I drank a sip in between of liquid and was done with it in minutes.  Again, some may like these some may go ewwwww!!!!  But I am over a year out so things have settled down as far as sweetness and other taste sensations.  Let us know what you think!!!!  kissJane

Thanks for posting... I have yet to find a protein drink that I can handle without my tummy hurting and feeling bad afterwards the rest of the day... So I will have to order and try these...

Have a great day

Pleas let us know what you think.  Protein shakes seem to be the number one complaint of WLS patients and maybe in the beginning it may be too sweet but might do fine later on.  kiss Jane

Jane, do you still need to have extra protein in the form of shakes and shots still? Boy I get a more than I need just from the food I eat each day. I don't use protein drinks or bars unless I am going to be out and want to take something fast and easy with me. But if I do need something down the road, as I am out of bars now, I will give them a try. Thanks for posting.

Hi Larry, just checked my post here from last night. You know, there are some days I just cannot get down what I feel is enough protein.  To be honest, I haven't had a protein shake in months but I feel like I should get in the protein when I know I am not going to get all of it in.  To this day, there are times my pouch just doesn't feel 100%.  Nothing specific, just because Lora brought this up and I thought, hmmmm, something for those days when all of a sudden nothing sounds good.  Glad to hear from you!

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

Finally a protein I don't dread. I've found some I can tolerate, but none that I didn't dread just a little. These little shots are awesome! Perfect, no, but for the protein they pack into such a small amount, they're a lifesaver for me. I showed them to my dietitian at my 2 month check-in and she gave them 2 thumbs up.

Youre wonderful for sharing!!!
