vent and questions.

ugh I wish my body would agree with me at some point. last night I was withering in pain in my stomach and back  at 3am for I have no clue...maybe indigestion but I have never experienced if so I have no idea... anyway I have explosive diarrhea today and I don't want to call in sick AGAIN....once I went to the hospital and the other time I had food poisoning...im just hoping I feel better before going in...but doubtful.. and they are going to probably ***** I have to use the restroom a lot...and if I call in they are going to ***** because this would be the third time... in 35 days...ever since I started this job my body has done nothing but given me troubles... I don't think its stress because I don't have a stressful job only stressful when my accommodation isn't being fulfilled for my feet.. I just feel so awful in all aspects... thinking about quitting cause I cant deal with all this crap, no pun intended, that my body is doing to me.. I didn't NEED to have a job...but I like having something to do... and it really nice to be putting money into savings... maybe I should turn in a resignation today. (i do have ibs) the problems since i started working is; planter fasciitis, a huge hydradenitits supprativa flare up(what put me in the hospital), food poisoning, a constant gut wrenching stomach problem (been having problem with this the last 3 weeks, radiating to my right side and in my back), migraines, vomiting, nausea, dizziness, feeling as if i was going to black out..... not what i was hoping for when i got  a job.....they said if i left i would be leaving on good terms. im afraid to eat right now, i ate a banana...but my stomach is literally growling but i cant find to courage to even eat toast... 

so here are my questions.

does it sound like indigestion?

gallbladder attack?

gallstones?

did your IBS get better with surgery?

just a bad night?

should i go to the hospital?

sorry if it sounded all over the place  thank you in advance for the answers.

I feel bad for you, sounds awful. I would definitely go to doctor!

At least part of your pain, right side radiating, sounds like gallstones.  Do put it off too long!  I did and had to have emergency removal.

I hope things get better fast and that you won't have to quit your job.  They are so hard to come by these days!

The intense pain is back and I had to call in because I didn't make it to the bathroom when I was driving.

Right side radiating pain to the back sounds like gallbladder.  Find time to make a doctor appt.  Now the diarrhea I did not have with gallbladder pains, I guess it's possible.  Could also be IBS flair since you have it.

Oh I'm so sorry you're in such an awful situation. As far as your pain goes, I would contact your dr and let him/her know what's going on. It sounds to me like Gall Stones and possibly pancreatitis (resulting from the gall stones). I'm saying this b/c I just went through all of this 2 wks ago and had emergency gall bladder surgery and was on antibiotics for a week for the pancreatitis. I called my regular dr and described my pain and they said run, don't walk to the ER. My rny surgeon met me there and he's the one that did the surgery.
