I'll be 9 weeks post op on Monday and am feeling better than ever! I'm down 54lbs and already am starting go have a whole new outlook on life!! It's crazy how many more people notice me and take the time to talk to me now... I don't know exactly how I should feel about that hah...It's like Oh...now that I'm losing weight...NOW you can take a moment to notice me and talk to me? I'll take it though. I'm finally starting to notice a little difference and It's making me excited

Awesome changes!! YEAH--keep it going!

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
