I made ham with mayo. I've taken a few tiny bites (maybe half a teaspoon total) and chewed really well, but I'm feeling a little nauseated. Is this normal so early or should I put this in the fridge and try something else?

I would stop eating it if it makes you nauseous.  did you puree the ham?

Yes, puréed with a little bit of mayo. Chewed the little bits to mush. I put it back in the fridge. I'll have a protein shake when I feel better.
