2 year Surgiverssary was 6/28 -- 250lbs gone -- loving life

Just a quick check in -- it has been a long time..hope everyone is doing well. Feeling fabulous and living the life I knew all along I should :)

Wow! Thank you so much for posting!!!  I started out at 399 and I'm 13 months and a few weeks out and as with all things I want the crystal ball to predict how this will all end up!  I just have to keep doing my best and know I'm doing what i'm supposed too and it will work out!   2 days of what I call high intensity Zumba and my behind is dragging this morning....I feel blah...but I know it'll pass!  LOL  

I really needed a boost this morning and you sure gave me one!!!   Would you mind tell me how much you'd lost about a year out?   I would so love another 100 lbs gone but my goal is about 70 because I just don't remember anything below that....and that I really don't remember it just seems ideal in my mind considering where I started out.
