Does your shoe size change?

I asked this question a few weeks ago and got a really varied response, but it gave this size 14 foot gal some real hope! And I was actually able to buy sandals a full size smaller on Monday! Never would have tried them on before, but the salesperson was sure they'd fit...and they did! Now a truly fitted shoe maybe not...but sandals were a yes! YEAH!

In short, EVERYTHING changes! Shoes are only a part of it. You lose fat (obviously) but then your feet were probably a little swollen when you were heavier and that swelling will go away as you slim down as well.

Congratulations! You are on your way.

I haven't. Ive lost 118 total so far and i still have giant feet, size 11 @ 5'5". But my feet were always long and bony so I anticipate having WNBA feet for life.
