Feel so bad!
I am drinking Swanson low sodium beef broth. I have looked At tomato soup and it all has alot of sugar. My list of liquids comes down to this. 3-4 protein shakes a day, sf jello, sf popscicles, and low sodium broth. I guess I just need to quit complaining and do it! It's for the best and its what I need to do to live a better life but its just so dang hard to live off of those 4 things for 2 whole weeks. Hopefully the next 7 days fly by!
