Ok. I'm trying to get all of my meds ready. I forgot what my nut told me but I am wondering, do I need additional b-complex or should it be included in my multi? I am going to be taking centrum silver chewables. Also the other vitamins I have include Citrical + D3, chewable vitamin c to take with my iron. Anything else that you think that I need?

Also, how many mgs do I need of iron and the vit c?

Centrum Silver has all the B vitamin in it.  The ASMBS says a separate B complex is optional.  Personally, I would only take one if my labs showed I was low in a few of the B vitamins, like folate, thiamine and B6.  I don't want to take any more pills than absolutely necessary.  It won't hurt you to take one, though, even if you don't really need it.

In addition to the Citracal and iron, you need B12.  It needs to be a sublingual, or the nasal spray, or shots.  There is B12 in your Centrum, but due to lack of stomach acid and intrinsic factor in your pouch, you won't absorb it.

Also was wondering if you can refresh me on how much iron should I take if I am mensturating and how much vitamin c to take with it

According to the ASBMS, 54 to 63 mg iron daily for menstruating women, 36 mg daily for everyone else.  To increase absorption, you need 200 mg C for every 30 mg iron (and that's per 30 mg elemental iron).  So you'd need about 400 mg C.

They are very similar to each other.

Regular Centrum has iron.  Centrum Silver does not.

Regular chewable Centrum does not have selenium.  Chewable Centrum silver does have selenium.

Personally, I would use a vitamin with selenium, at least long term.  Personally, I take iron separately from my multi so I don't care about the iron in the multi.
