Must. Get. On. Track.

It's been so long since I've been on here they've changed the website.  I've come to make a public confession as part of saying out loud what I've been doing that's got me off track and to put my plan out there for accountability.  It's the accountability to myself that must change!  I had RNY 3/8/2011.  My lowest weight (which my doc was quite pleased with... started at 351)) was 204.  I've gained 20 pounds.  Crap.   Double crap.  I've been eating carbs, not exercising, not taking vitamins/supplements, not taking in enough liquids and not exercising.  About the only thing I'm doing right is getting in enough protein.  Today I am tracking food again, just ordered "Body Gospel" from the beach body program, signed up with a coach and challenge team, and been trying to drink drink drink.   Old habits can come back overnight!  I knew the buyer beware warning signs - but yep,, I ignored them.   I'd like to blame my husband for first bringing the bad foods into the house - but it's not his fault I chose to put it in my mouth!  That's 100% on me!!!   Also going to pop in here again regularly because it really does help.  Thanks for listening to my confession.

It is the most sage advise I can give anybody regarding their life post-op.  Starting to think I may use it as an epithet on my tombstone too.

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!
