I had to go to Sams Club to pick up a few things and wondered over to the protein shakes and powders and just wanted to know if anyone shops there for their protein shakes, I wish they did not taste so bad and is their any protein shakes that are tolerable ?

I don't shop at Sam's Club, but sure, there are protein shakes that are tolerable. At least, there are some that are tolerable to me. I think most people are able to find some they can at least tolerate. I actually really enjoy my protein shakes. My favorite is Syntrax Nectar cappuccino, but I also like the Syntrax Nectar vanilla bean torte (I mix that one with milk and diet root beer for a root beer float protein shake and it is delicious).

Where can I buy these and can I use them with any pop, I can water the pop down ? can I drink after surgery when I come home, Thanks

You can order them online. I get mine from vitalady.com. I wouldn't use pop right after surgery, the carbonation might give you painful gas.
