Sams Club

They are ready to drink. Just refrigerate the cartons and pull one out when your ready for it.

My Sam's Club has Big Train Fit Frappe in Mocha at a much better price than I could find online.  It is my favorite protein, though I do like the vanilla latte better, they don't carry that flavor.  b

I also use the premier protein chocolate shakes from SAMs Club. They are pre-made and ready to drink. I haven't tried the vanilla because I heard they don't taste as well.
