Question about beans

I am on puréed right now. Do you all eat fat free refried beans or pinto beans puréed?

I did refried beans, but I didnt puree them. I put cheese on them. So good.

They are usually pureed when you buy them.

I dont buy the canned kind. We cook our own. And no we dont puree them. I cook them in the slow cooker for 8 hours then mash slightly with a potato masher.

I do Add lowfat or no fat sour cream to them ( low fat plain greek yogurt also)and a little nofat cheese and a dash of mild taco sauce... good eating

I used the canned ones....just warmed them, added grated cheese, sour cream and salsa. (not light or FF SC or cheese...the real thing)

I do either, depending on what I have.   I buy organic beans, and usually vegetarian if I buy the refried prepared black beans.

Refried, pintos, either way.  Just remember the legumes do have side effects!

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!
