Soooo grateful & NSV's
Just wanted to say just how grateful I am to have been given this opportunity. While I am still early out and things can change, however, as of right now, I have had no complications whatsoever. I have much more energy and as I watch others eat around me, it doesn't bother me one bit.
Being down just over 60lbs, I have had many NSV's and the best one yet was when my daughter (she's 9) was helping me fold laundry the other day, she asked me "who's capri's are these? I told her mine and she just smiled and said, they look small. And she still comments on how she can get her arms around me when she gives me a hug.
Another NSV that made me smile ALL day was when I went for my 3 month blood work. The lab tech used to have to literally dig to find a vein (which always left me tender and a big bruise) and then ends up using a butterfly on the top of my hand. When I went, BOOM, she found it instantly and NO bruise! Yay!!!
I can't wait to see what the loss of the next 25 lbs brings --- oh wait, that will bring me to ONEDERLAND!!! Whoop whoop!!
