I carry most of my weight in my belly and it seems to be the last thing to shrink. Does anyone have any pics if you have a tired shaped belly including love handles on the sides?? I could probably fit into a smaller shirt if i didn't have this. How long did it take to go away for you? I have the split fat belly not the one big belly lol lucky me nottt

Added pics!! All in the belly and side fat handles seems my bottom half is having a hard time catching up to my top half. And my lack of booty lol

I can't help you but I carry all my weight in my lower abdomen (thaks to carrying all in front when I was pregnant) and my fear is I will lose everywhere but there. On a side note, I see you're in NH. I grew up in Nashua and live in Rochester now. Small world

I'm about 20 lbs from goal and I still have a pooch... I just started to take kickboxing classes and I'm hoping that will tone and tighten everything plus help me loose the last 20 lbs.. or possibly more.  It is one tuff workout and I sweat my butt off... :)    Be patient and give yourself time.

Here is mine at 11 months. I need to workout and it will get better I think.

Surgery weight:  232 lbs. / Goal: 145 lbs. Height:  5'5"     Fat? Ain't nobody got time for that.

What do you mean by split belly? Is it split vertically? I have two bellies, one on top of the other. It looks like my pants are too tight even when I'm naked. My top belly completely covers my belly button now. Is that the kind you mean?

I don't know if I ever had what you refer to as a tire shape, but in eleven months my waist has decreased from 45 inches to 29.5 inches. I work out often, I am in the middle of the second week of P90X (full program 13 weeks) and do Ab work 3-6 times per week.
