Yup!  What Kim said!  This is a lifestyle change and not a fad diet...I didn't do this just because I had nothing better to do than give it a try.  This is a tool, not a cure and you have to commit to it for life and by doing so you'll actually get to live a life!

Personally, I am roughly 4 months out and I can't imagine going back to the way I use to eat.  So far every time I have ate something I should not have my body lets me know I goofed up in some not so pleasant ways.  Even taking one bite to much can lead to some pretty nasty consequences for me.

You will almost certainly find that things change quite a bit once you are a year or two out.  Almost everyone who is just a few months out "can't imagine" eating any of the things they used to eat or overeating.
