No Sugar added Fudge Pops ??
I've had the Sugar Free Popsicles, and I just now tried a No Sugar Added Fudge Pop. It was so delicious, it seemed a bit to good to be true !! So now I'm scared that "no sugar added" is not quite the same as "sugar-free". It says one pop has 2g of sugar. Has anyone else had these a couple of weeks after surgery and been ok ?? Thanks !

The downside of most NSA products is that they use sugar alcohols. I recently had NSA frozen yogurt and had a bad reaction to it. Nausea, hot flashes, horrible headache. Everyone is different and you might be able to handle them fine but be careful. You might find that you have an adverse reaction to them.
I believe that it is ok. They had told me that there should be less than 15 g of sugar in anything you have to be ok. But some people have different reactions to certain amounts. As long as you don't over indulge or have a dumping reaction you should be ok. I have chronic hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) and most of the time it doesn't bother me, I just have to eat certain thing very slow or very little at a time.
Yep, I use them maybe once a week. The great thing about them is that my husband loves them and we no longer have ice cream in the house. My husband eats them every night when he has a craving and i don't seem to be craving any chocolate so i can pass on them. It is nice to have them if i need them but at this point i don't want them. I haven't found them to cause any dumping or weight gain when i have indulged.
I make my own using the recipe on the Unjury website. Just go to their website and do a search. I am using the Syntrex nectar unflavored protein because its what I had and I am generous with my scoops. The texture/ flavor is the same and when i have an ice cream and/or chocolate craving, it satisfies both. I have even found family member spulling them out of the freezer just because they taste good.
After a couple of batches, I splurged and bought myself some of these.

A batch fills up 10 of them, but since they seal so well, they keep for weeks. They aren't cheap but they are high quality and I figure if I was buying frozen treats, the cost would add up quickly. I've also used them with Crystle Light to make my own popsicles. When I do that, I make the Crystle Light stronger than normal so its got good flavor. As I fill them, I stand them them up in a rectangle rubbermaid container and stick the whole thing in the freezer.
