surgery is tuesday and i can't wait but i am so anxious scared and all tha tofther stuff.

my pre op went well. i guess because i haven't heard anything. i called the surgeon today. and they said if i hear nothing then that means everything is ok.

i want to clean and get everything tidy but that scares me it makes me think im nesting and preparing for death or something so i'm not doing it. is this paranoia or what?

got my pain med scripts filled today and im heavily armed though i don tthink i will need it. he gave me liquid lortab. has anyone had that? is it nasty?

oh i just have so much

did anyone have a pre op diet?

Hello,

My surgery is on August 14 and I have alot of the same feelings you are having, which I'm sure will be much more intense as I get closer to my surgery.

I start a liquid diet 2 weeks prior to my surgery. I am having the Roux-en-Y procedure.

I am feeling the same way~ surgery is Aug 13. I want everything in order, calendar cleared and all the ducks in a row to start off my new life on the right track👍
