Celebrate--comes in 3 flavors and we love them all!

I also get the chewable calcium from them and grape flavored iron. It is almost like candy! My husband and I also love the multi/calcium drink sticks to mix with water. YUMMMMM!

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

I bought chewable everything but VERY QUICKLY got tired of chewing and went put and replaced everything with pills I can swallow. Most generics.

I switch around between Centrum regular and Silver chewables, the Centrum regular and Silver pills, and then occasionally get the strawberry pineapple Celebrate... Just so I can mix things up.  Sometimes I don't mind the chewables, but after so many years of taking them, sometimes just the thought of one makes me cringe.

The most important thing is that you need 200% of the USRDA, which usually means two vitamins per day but can mean up to as many as EIGHT per day, so pay close attention to the "dose size".  Most of the time there isn't any advantage to the expensive "special bariatric" vitamins (and they are MUCH more expensive).  Also, do NOT believe that you don't need a separate B12 (sublingual, injection, or nasal spray).  We don't absorb enough B12 orally.
