Started 2 week Optifast this morning

So far it's not that bad. The chocolate shake was less revolting than I had imagined.

Hope I can tolerate them well and the 2 week fly by. Come on 12 Aug.

Haha, best of luck! If it gets tired, add some decaf coffee crystals and a shot of sugar free syrup. Instant mochaccino!

Great idea! I'll be starting my 2 week liquid diet sometime in Sept if all goes well, and I am totally going to use this trick.

Good luck & congrats on your upcoming surgery!

I cannot stand overly sweet things so I worry how well I will tolerate them when I start my 2 week liquid diet.

The vanilla shake was better -- Not as sweet. The tomato soup was iffy, very thick with only 8 oz. of water, half way through I added a little more water and thinned it out, it was doable but not great.
