Nausea after exercise

You may also be losing minerals rather than jus****er.  May need a bit of salt too.  Might want to check with your doctor/nutritionist.

I know this is weird and I am not trying to worry you but get checked!! I lost 27lbs then a few weeks later I had painful attacks!! The nausea cane up every time I exercised I ignored it chalking it up me not being used to exercise, anyway finally went to the er for something completely unrelated and ended up having an abdominal ultrasound to find out I had gallstones! My gallbladder was removed a week later and I haven't had exercise induced nausea since,

I drink about 16 oz (depends on how well the water fountain works when I'm filling my bottle) during my workout, even when I was only doing a mile. I'm up to three miles at 3.1 mph (soooo sore today).

My gallbladder is already gone but that would be something for others to watch for if they still have it.
