I know i just posted an SV and I am losing weight and I am glad. I also know what I am about to say is normal but I feel the need to vent!
I have been playing with the same 3 lbs since July 13th between 248 and 245 I have made it to 242 the other day but Im back up to 243....You know what...I just read that. I guess its not the same 3 lbs...my brain is messing with me....
new post. My hormones are making me a bit nutty and making me feel like i am not making progress when clearly I am!
Is it Friday YET! I feel like quitting! Sadly I also feel like having a roof over my head!

Well, you recognize your hormones are making you a bit nutty, which is good. Try staying off the scale for a couple weeks.
I bet you are making lots of progress regardless of what you see on the scale right now. Are you making more nutritious food choices than you used to? Being more physically active than you used to? Drinking more water? Getting more protein? Taking your vitamins? That's all progress.

Thanks, My clothes are still getting bigger so thats good. I think its a redistrubution thing also. As I have gone from just my walking a few miles a day to walking 2 miles a day and going to the gym at least 4 days a week for an hour doing mostly zumba.

Amazing what losing your scale will do. I never weighed unless I knew I lost weight, ever, not once did the scale disappoint me because I wouldn't let it. I know when not to weigh, so does everyone, so avoid it, throw it out, leave it on the side of the road, anything to stop stepping on it until you are below 200lbs and then when you are you can kiss it and celebrate.
